Using this website

This website uses no analytics or marketing tools, externally loaded fonts or embedded maps. Language selection uses ordinary links and is not stored in cookies. Videos load only after being started. The CNC video loads only after a click. It does not offer file uploads or connect to the Windows application’s license server.

Enquiry form and email

When submitted, the form sends your contact details and message to the website server over an encrypted connection. The details are forwarded to TEDICAD by email to handle your enquiry. A necessary session with a security question, honeypot and time-limited sending attempts protects against misuse. Hashed IP identifiers and timestamps are temporarily retained for rate limiting; message contents are not stored for this purpose. The text download is generated locally.

When you contact TEDICAD, the information you provide is used to handle your enquiry. Please send only information needed for your request.

Server logs

When a hosted website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, such as the IP address, access time and requested file. These data support delivery and secure operation. The hosting contract determines the specific logging and retention arrangements.

External links

Video previews are hosted on this website. Three Compass videos are provided locally. YouTube videos connect to youtube-nocookie.com only after clicking “Load YouTube video”; YouTube then receives technically necessary connection data. Links to Compass, YouTube and directions also open external services. The respective provider’s privacy information applies to further processing. The staircase configurator is also embedded only after you start it, as an external application from csstaircaseconfigurator.azurewebsites.net. The service processes connection data and construction data entered there. Compass Software’s privacy information applies.
